Tonight will bring the season 5 finale episode of Rick and Morty to Adult Swim. If you’re like us, we’ve been waiting impatiently for the tour de gras of this year’s season. And a few days ago we got a live action promo for the finale with Christopher Lloyd from Back to the Future playing Rick Sanchez, the smartest man in the universe (which is a fun twist with Rick being a characterized version of Dr. Emmett Brown) and Jaeden Martell of the movies “It” and “It 2” respectively playing Morty, his 14 year-old grandson.
Funny too that the “Morty” name is very close to “Marty” name of the main character of Back To The Future.
But back to the season finale of season 5. It’s tonight! And below is the short live action promo released earlier this week, plus below it is another short promo for the show just released this weekend referencing the Pickle Rick episode number 3 of season 3. Both promos are fun, and really gets the blood pumping for tonight’s episode! Rick & Morty, tonight at 11PM on Adult Swim. Plus episode 9 of season 5 is right after the finale if you need to catch up on the story line.
