Led Zeppelin was one of the most endeared of all rock bands from the 1960’s and 70’s. The band is best known for the well-known song “Stairway To Heaven”. Other famous Zep songs also include Kashmir, Immigrant Song, Black Dog and so many more. Even though they only released eight studio albums and one compilation album, the group left a dominant mark on the history of rock n’ roll. Many credit Led Zeppelin with popularizing hard rock and heavy metal even though many, including the writer of this blurb, credit them as kings of hard rock, but credit Black Sabbath as the true kings of heavy metal.
